A little help from Verizon

If you are a Verizon customer or thinking to become one, then you are lucky enough to get the Disney+ free for a year. Verizon has announced that if you sign up for (or are already a member) of the company’s Verizon Unlimited plans, then you can get Disney Plus for free for a year. Verizon is offering the same deal to those who sign up for the company’s Fios Home Internet. All you have to do is go to Verison’s Disney+ Page and sign up. However, as you can imagine, there are some requirements if you want to take advantage of this offer. First, you have to subscribe to one of Verizon’s unlimited plans, including Go Unlimited, Beyond Unlimited, Above Unlimited, Get More Unlimited, Do More Unlimited, Play More Unlimited, or Start Unlimited. This offer is available for existing Unlimited customers, current Verizon customers who want to switch to Unlimited, and people who are willing to switch from other carriers. There are separate links on the Verizon page for each category. If you’re an Unlimited customer and you’ve already signed up for Disney+, you can still get the free 12 months. Basically, the subscription you pre-purchased will be paused, and it will automatically resume after the free year is up. According to Verizon, you will get an email with instructions on how to manage things.

Remember the bundle.

Disney itself is offering a way to save a few bucks on Disney Plus. In a bid to attract people to its many streaming offerings, Disney said that you can get Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Plus streaming access for $13 a month. That’s a $5-a-month savings on the cost of each of those services’ separate costs. Better yet, it’s a savings that won’t go away after one year, like the Verizon bundle, which ends after a one-year period. Until then, consider the options above to save a few bucks.
